The platform fee is a small percentage of the quoted revenue you generate through Eventmachine. It links your cost directly to your actual MICE activity instead of a static license, so you pay a bit more in strong months and less in weaker months.

Think of platform fees like paying for the electricity to run your lights or car. The platform fees amount to a fraction of a percent (0.05% - 0.25%). That's significantly less than a tenth of a credit card payment - or paid staff hours for generating quotes or schedules manually.

Very predictable. Every plan has a fixed base fee plus a clearly defined platform fee logic, so you can model your typical and maximum monthly cost in advance.

The vast majority of our clients stay within their planned costs every month. If your quoted revenue exceeds expectations over several months, it simply means you're generating more revenue. You'll always see volume tracking in your admin tool, so there are no surprises, and you can always upgrade easily.

Great news - that means more events (and more revenue)! Higher volumes usually mean a lower effective platform fee percentage thanks to volume discounts baked into the plans.

Platform fees are calculated in tiers for the Flex plan and for the Reserved plan only on the incremental volume above your plan threshold. All charges appear on your next invoice with full transparency. Many customers find it more cost-effective to upgrade plans only if they consistently exceed thresholds. What counts is the average over a calendar year.

If your performance changes permanently (e.g. major renovation, new ballroom), you can switch to a more suitable plan, including a full flat-rate option for maximum cost certainty.

No. Your monthly / yearly subscription includes all features and support. Platform fees apply for stated quote volume thresholds.

Onboarding sessions are optional, but highly recommended to optimize setups and translate a property's business logic into automated event sales most efficiently.

No. Eventmachine is designed for hotel teams to set up independently. Embedding Eventmachine's event configurators is as easy as copying and pasting one line of code to the html of your website. IT review is welcome, but not required.

The total value of event quotes generated through Eventmachine. This includes meeting room or event space rental, F&B, AV, accommodation, and other services quoted to customers.

Quotes that don't convert still always need to be generated first: Using Eventmachine for quoting is much more cost effective and accurate than quoting manually.
